The role
What you'll be doing
We are seeking two hands-on solution engineering interns to sit at the intersection of our platform and our clients. Your job is to turn messy, real-world financial workflows into reliable AI solutions built on Synthex.
This is a chance to accelerate faster than usual by working directly on production deployments. You will scope real problems with real clients, design and build the solution on our platform, and watch it go live in audited systems.
Key contributions
Solution design & delivery
Translate client requirements into concrete AI workflows. Design end-to-end solutions on the Synthex platform, configure node-based workflow engines, and own delivery from first prototype to production.
Applied agentic & LLM systems
Compose agentic and multi-step workflows for client use cases — tool calling, retrieval (RAG), and prompting strategies that prioritise determinism and structured outputs validated by strict schemas.
Financial document intelligence
Build solutions that handle challenging financial documents (PDFs, Excel, emails) and complex, imperfect, real-world data and edge cases.
Client-facing engineering
Work alongside clients to validate outputs, iterate quickly on feedback, and harden solutions until they are accurate, auditable, and trusted in production.
Who we're looking for
You are enrolled in a Master's program (or recently graduated), strong in computer science fundamentals, and deeply curious about AI systems beyond surface-level usage. You enjoy solving open-ended problems, communicate clearly, and like seeing your work create direct, measurable client value. You are comfortable learning independently and asking good questions. English (advanced) is required.
